You will want to have as little fuel as possible in the tank before you start! Also, if you have a 1997-2002, you should change your power steering/alternator bracket to a later style, please see Section 3 of this manual for more information. If you own a 1997-2002 model, you will be installing a new in-tank fuel pump. Please contact A&A Corvette for more information. (California cars running our CARB compliant system will receive an approved calibration from A&A.) This will allow the car will start with the large injectors and make the car drivable, so you can drive it to a dyno shop for custom tuning. We can, however, provide you with a “Base” tune. A&A Corvette does not include custom tuning with supercharger kits. Custom PCM calibration based on specific vehicle and engine modifications will be required for use with this kit. Install the EBCM/BPMV into the bracket.ħ. Install the front EBCM insulator mounting bolt. Important: If the insulator nut was removed it must be replaced with a new insulator nut.ĥ. Tighten the four mounting bolts in the following equence: Install the seal to the BPMV if it is not cut or damaged.Ĥ.
Clean the BPMV seal surface with alcohol using a cleanĢ. The seal may by reused if it is not cut or damaged.ġ. Separate the EBCM from the BPMV by gently pulling apart Remove the insulator mounting bolt from the EBCM.ħ. Lift the EBCM/BPMV out of the bracket high enough toĪllow clearance to remove the insulator mounting bolt andĥ. Disconnect the E13CM harness connector.Ĥ. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.Ģ.
